The X-Wireless Nigeria DND Route allows Organizations and Businesses to send SOLICITED Messages and have them delivered to all their mobile Contacts including DND Numbers without going through the Tedious Registration Procedures Required for the Finance/Transactional Route.
When you send messages via the Nigeria DND Route, Non DND Numbers will receive the messages via your Custom Sender ID but Numbers in our DND Database will receive your message with a dynamic numeric sender ID (Random Mobile Number). This will ensure that all messages sent, reach the recipients irrespective of their DND Status (We advise that your Sender ID or Organization Name is added at the Beginning or End of your messages for traffic sent via this route)
In the case where your recipient DND Number is not in our Database, then the mobile number will be added automatically to our DND Database, so that the next time you send messages, the number will receive SMS.
MANDATORY REQUIREMESNTS/NOTES
KYC: Copy of Company CAC Certificate will be submitted along with Valid ID (International Passport, Driver’s License or National ID), (BVN Verification may be accepted in place of CAC Certificate). (Approval takes between 24 to 48 hours).
- Unsolicited SMS are strictly prohibited on the Nigeria DND Route. Your account will be blocked if used to send unsolicited SMS and all credits in account forfeited. Please use our Normal Route for your Promotional/Unsolicited Messages.
Closed Message: It is mandatory you send your SMS templates for approval before you will be able to to send SMS. Approval usually takes less than 24 hours.
